icanmakeitbetter is an online customer insights platform that allows our clients to gather feedback, innovate and conduct research amongst their customers. For more information on this tool, go to https://www.icanmakeitbetter.com.
What is the relationship between IBM and icanmakeitbetter?
IBM has partnered with icanmakeitbetter to create this community located online at https://bpinnovationhub.icmib.com.
How do Business Partners participate?
Qualified users simply go online to visit Business Partner Research Innovation Hub, https://bpinnovationhub.icmib.com, then click Sign In to create an account. Creating an account is easy. Simply enter a Username, Email Address and Password and you’re part of the community! NOTE: Not everyone will qualify and not everyone will be invited to all activities or areas of the community.
Once users have created an account, they may post ideas, participate in surveys and join public and private discussions/focus groups. From time to time, we may invite specific users to participate in product development, innovation and research sessions based upon your community activity, survey responses and user profile information.
Who is reading and listening to this feedback?
Feedback posted in the Innovation Hub goes directly to IBM stakeholders. With the help of icanmakeitbetter, these stakeholders are listening to each and every idea, survey and focus group response! Your responses will never be connected with your company, and are shared anonymously with IBM.
Why should Business Partners participate?
Business Partner feedback on this platform will go directly to the IBM leadership team and will be used to help affect the future of the products and services they offer their customers. Importantly, this includes using your feedback to drive better experiences between IBM and its partner ecosystem. This is your chance to be heard and possibly affect the future of the products and services available to you! Please note: this community is never used for sales or marketing. Invites to private activities will be sent via e-mail so please be sure to add communications@icanmakeitbetter.com to your list of approved senders.

In addition, you will be able to interact with other IBM Business Partners, like you, to learn from one another about best practices in IT and other topics that are relevant to your job.
Who owns the Intellectual Property?
icanmakeitbetter assigns all IP to IBM, the “business user.” Everyone who joins the community must agree to the community Terms & Conditions with a manual opt-in. They can be referenced here: https://www.icanmakeitbetter.com/terms-and-conditions.
IBM may use your anonymous input in a variety of materials with multiple audiences to explain what business partners are doing or thinking about when it comes to infrastructure, big data and analytics, and other areas of information technology.
How many surveys do I have to complete?
We encourage you to participate in as many studies as you are invited to; however, you do not need to complete a set number of surveys.
How long will I have to complete each survey?
You will typically have anywhere from 72 hours to two weeks to complete each survey.
